The cycle score, the embeddable widget and every public JSON endpoint are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You may reuse all of it commercially, in a product, in a paid newsletter, or in a model you train — the one condition is that you credit where it came from. This page is the whole of the deal, in prose, so you do not have to infer the terms from a JSON field.
Use this exactly. It is short on purpose: it has to fit in a chart caption.
If the medium allows a link, link it to https://www.fraktalicious.com. In HTML:
<a href="https://www.fraktalicious.com">Cycle score by Fraktalicious</a> <!-- CC BY 4.0 -->
If you use the widget, you are already compliant and need do nothing else: the widget renders that link itself and it is not removable by configuration. That is deliberate — the link is the attribution.
The binding text is the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. Nothing below changes it; it is a summary.
| You may | You must |
|---|---|
| Copy and redistribute the score, the phase labels, the allocation splits and the daily series, in any medium. | Credit Cycle score by Fraktalicious, visibly, near wherever the
number appears. |
| Build on it, transform it, and charge money for the result. | Say if you changed it, so a reader does not attribute your derivative to us. |
| Use it in a commercial product, a paid publication, or model training data. | Not imply we endorse you, your product, or your interpretation. |
We would rather you embedded or queried this than screenshotted a chart, which is why the terms are this permissive. If the licence is the thing stopping you, say what you need.
Every public read-only JSON endpoint carries the terms in the payload itself, so a
machine consuming the feed is licensed explicitly rather than by assumption. The keys are
licence, attribution, source and — on the
decision-shaped surfaces — disclaimer.

No key, no sign-up, no rate limit to apply for, and CORS is open so you can call any of them straight from a browser. The widget and API page documents the fields.
If you are going to put a number on your own site, you should know what it is. It is the output of a Bitcoin cycle navigator that decides how much exposure to hold — not a price prediction, and not a buy signal. The defensible result is the size of the drawdown it has taken in the current cycle: −26.9% at its worst, against buy-and-hold's −53.1% over the same window, as of 2026-09-29. The current cycle is still open, so read that as a live reading rather than a settled result.
The record behind it is 5,086 graded daily rows, and every call the model has published is on the public call ledger, unedited, including the days it was wrong and the periods where the machinery misbehaved. Read that page before you vouch for this on your own site. Every figure we publish is derived from one committed register file, which is why the numbers here, in the JSON and on the widget cannot disagree with each other.
